It is the responsibility of the production company to obtain all necessary film permits and permissions from the relevant authorities in Savannah, Georgia, including the Savannah Film Office. Starlight Locations will provide assistance where possible, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the production company to ensure compliance with all local regulations.
